Day 5, September 21, 2025
As planned yesterday, Day 4, was my off day.
I was a little sore from Day 3’s push ups. Overall though I am doing good.
Forgot to mention I also do at least 40 minutes of walking every day.
Today
- 10 seconds of dead man lift
all I could do
- 30 jumping jacks as a warm up
- 5 minutes of jump rope and the counter had me at 871 jumps
- 25 push ups
