No Verified badge = unknown at the moment
The length of time someone is in the app without a verified badge varies. It is based on how efficiently the community can verify that someone is a TI. The intention is that everyone must be verified. And the badge is a simple way for someone else on the platform to decide to interact with someone. At any point, if someone is discovered to be a perp (member of the Specterati), their account will be deleted immediately. There is zero tolerance for human trafficking.
To become verified, one would need to provide material value and/or meet other TIs in person to confirm.
