One sure way is that gang stalkers cannot materially help. And when they do try to “help,” they leave a “calling card” similar to what serial killers do. In the case of gang stalking, the calling card is something they are sensitizing you to. TIs need to stay vigilant. And if one slips through the crack, they get kicked out immediately, and I move on with my life.
What is important is not to dwell on the scamming. It is a part of life, and everyone must deal with their reckless behavior and disregard for human life, or lack of empathy.
